a) Job announcements and the matching with career goals:
Placement24 researches, categorizes and selects for you the job offers ranging from 40,000 to 250,000 Euros. Here almost all Dax-, M-Dax- and Tec-Dax - listed companies are considered as well as large and small medium-seized companies. This extensive work enables a more precise matching und provides accurate offers which match your career goals exactly. This saves much of your time and you are always best informed.

b) headhunter-contacts:
More than 2000 headhunter from more than 20 countries use placement24. These include almost all top recruitment consultancies as well as specialized boutiques. All headhunters can be filtered on the basis of certain criteria and their specializations.

Free basic-membership:

The basic-membership is permanently for free. As a basic-member you get a broad overview of our system with restricted rights to use (e.g. limited access of the list of results). Thus you gain a good insight into the opportunities you gain by purchasing the premium-membership.

Premium-membership:

As a premium-member you can make an unlimited use of all features of Placement24.

Placementservice:

On the basis of the additional tool Placementservice, Placement24 offers the opportunity to introduce your profile to all recruitment consultancies and headhunters which have already joined us. Your profile will be send to the partners within four weeks and you will reach the right contact person directly. With recommendation of your profile we send additionally to your profile-title your career-channel, your desired location, your willingness to relocate and if any documents are deposited. So you can draw attention to yourself and maximize your chances. The partners compare your profile with the existing search requests and if they are interested, they will directly contact you via Placement24.

Self-Marketing-Banner:

You can give effectively publicity to your career-profile and to your career goals in the partner LogIn area with your personal banner for four weeks. Thus you can especially draw attention to yourself. The Self-Marketing-Banner rotates in the banner pool and shows your profile-title as you have saved it in the category “My Profile”. If a partner clicks on the banner, he will directly get to your career-profile.

If you want to make use of the advantages provided by the premium-membership, you can simply upgrade as a basic-member. Please click on the button “Now upgrade to a premium-membership” and :

1. Please choose the desired time period ( 3 months, 6 months, 12 months)

2. Please confirm the invoice address or change it if necessary.

3. Please select the method of payment

4. Please confirm your specifications and conclude the premium-membership.

Your premium-membership will be activated immediately.

Currently you can pay by direct debit only in Germany. In all other countries you can only pay by a credit card. After the conclusion of the premium-membership the amount will be debited from your account/credit card.

After the conclusion of the premium-membership the invoice will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you have already stated.

You can change your invoice address by clicking on “Start- MyAccount-invoice address”. After entering the changes, don’t forget to click on the button “Save the changes”. Your new invoice address will be considered for the next invoice.

Kindly note that we are not able to make any changes retroactively for invoices which are made out already.

If you want to change your bank data or credit card data, please contact us via contact form. Please do only leave your name and telephone number so that we can ensure data security. A member of the service-department would like to call you back.

The cancellation/deletion of your basic-membership is possible at any time and without adherence to a time limit. If you want to cancel your premium-membership, you have to keep a cancellation period of four weeks before the end of the booked time interval according to our terms and conditions. If no notice of cancellation was received, the membership is extended automatically by the time interval which has been booked respectively. You can send us the cancellation by fax, post, the contact form or by e-mail. If you decide to send the cancellation by contact form or e-mail, please name your birth of date as well as your LogIn e-mail address.

If you decide for a premium-membership at placement24, we will automatically send an invoice to you. The costs are deductible at the tax office as income-related expenses.

Of course, you can make your profile invisible, if you don’t want to receive any requests of headhunters. This setting can be found in the category “MyProfile” or directly on the welcome page.

At Placement24 basically recruiting consultants and headhunters have only access to your profile. Before the accounts are activated, every partner is checked by our service team and then the accounts are activated manually. Human resource departments of companies do not have access to the profiles of our members.

Basically your profile is invisible at placement24. We don’t publish any names, addresses etc. which could draw conclusions on you. You can cancel the anonymity on yourself, e.g. by naming your employer under the point work experience or by naming your address and name in the uploaded documents (CV, certificates etc.) Only in case of an application via the job announcement of a partner we pass your name to him

As a user you can contribute your share by filling your profile completely, differentiated and precisely as well as by defining your career goals. Please pay attention to the fact that your profile-title is as distinct and sententiously as possible, your professional path is illustrated without any gaps and that you upload convincing documents. However, the number of contacts with headhunting-partners depends on several factors which cannot be controlled by us.

P24 Career-Banner:
A sober banner solicits your profile in the LogIn area of about 2000 headhunters. This service is exclusively available for our premium-members.

In the LogIn area under the category “MyProfile”, you can see how your profile looks like for the headhunters.

No, they don’t. Basically companies don’t have any access to your profiles. Companies have the opportunity of publishing job announcements, but no access to the database of candidates.

Every registration at Placement24 is checked by us individually. The registration takes place, only after checking all information and contacting the headhunters personally. So we can guarantee that only headhunters have access to your profiles.

Every recruitment consultant and headhunter has to provide substantial personal details and information about the company he works for. After accepting our terms and conditions and our terms of use they are obligated to treat information about candidates as confidential. Moreover, our partners are only allowed to contact our candidates, if they want to submit a concrete job offer.

Placement24 does not hand on personal data to anybody and we strictly stand to data privacy. Certainly the only exception is the publication of your profile for headhunters. However, you decide on your own, if your profile should be visible to the headhunters completely, anonymously or not at all.

After the registration you will receive a message to your e-mail address you have mentioned. In this e-mail you can find the verification link which you have to activate so that the LogIn can work. This non-recurring step is the requirement for guaranteeing that only you gain access to Placement24 and provides data security.

You can make modifications in the LogIn-area “My Account” under the point “Change Password”.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “LogIn” at the top-right of our homepage without any problems. Then click on “Forgotten your access details”. Now enter your e-mail address and after sending the form a new password will be sent which you can use for login.

If you search in terms of location, it can happen that no results or few results are found for the location you have entered. Additionally, the results of the superordinate regions (like the federal state) or the subordinate locations will be displayed. Results without specification of location are also displayed. (n/a./flexible)

The Boolean operations can be used in the free text field of all searches. Thus, you can combine several search criterions.

Please use therefore the following operations which you add with space characters between the search criterions:

AND results contain the words in front of the operator and behind it.

OR results contain the word in front of the operator or the word behind the operator

NOT results which contain the word behind the operator are ignored.

Please consider the capitalisation of the operations.

added_since: time interval This shows you the results which are added in the stated time interval. Some possible time intervals are 24h for the last 24 hours, week for the last week and last_login for results since your last login.

logins_since: time interval This shows you persons who logged in most frequently in the stated time interval. Some possible time intervals are 24h for the last 24 hours, week for the last week and last_login for results since your last login.

top: time interval This shows you the results which were accessed most frequently in the stated time interval. Some possible time intervals are 24h for the last 24 hours and week for the last week.


All operations in connection with the Boolean operation AND can be connected with further search criterions.
